Who we are
AI Advisory is a trading name of ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD. Engagement contracts are entered into by ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD.
Acceptance
By using https://aiworkflow-agency.com or engaging AI Advisory for services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Use of the website
You may browse, link to, and share the content for non-commercial purposes provided you credit the source. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to compromise the site are not permitted.
Engagement terms
Specific commercial engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and a per-project Statement of Work. Where there is conflict, the MSA and SOW take precedence over these site terms.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and code samples are the property of ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD unless otherwise marked. Open-source contributions are licensed as documented in their respective repositories.
Client deliverables
Code, configuration, and documentation produced under an SOW transfer to the client on payment of the relevant invoice, subject to ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD retaining a non-exclusive licence to reuse generic patterns and tooling that did not originate with the client.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential by default and sign client-supplied NDAs as standard. Aggregated, anonymised insights about engagements may be used for case studies and marketing only with the client's written approval.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of website use is limited to GBP 100. Engagement-specific liability is governed by the MSA. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
The site may link to third-party services (analytics, scheduling, email). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Updates
We may update these terms as our services or legal context change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
