How fast can you go from kickoff to a live system?
Most discovery sprints take a week. From there, simple workflow automations can be live in 2 to 3 weeks; deeper custom AI builds typically run 4 to 8 weeks for a first pilot. We ship iteratively so you see something useful well before the final delivery date.
Do you only build with n8n, or can you work with our existing stack?
We pick tools to fit the problem. n8n, Make, and Zapier for fast integration work; Python, TypeScript, and serverless infra for custom builds; LangChain, LlamaIndex, and direct LLM SDKs for AI-native systems. We are not loyal to a vendor, only to the outcome.
What size of business do you typically work with?
Mostly UK-based teams of 10 to 250 people, plus the operators inside larger organisations who own a specific function. The common thread is having a real workflow problem, not just curiosity about AI.
Will the systems you build be ours, or yours?
Yours. Code, configurations, accounts, and IP all sit in your tenancy from day one. We document everything and can hand off to your internal team, or stay on a retainer to operate and extend the systems as you grow.
How do you price engagements?
Discovery sprints are a flat fee. Build engagements are scoped and quoted upfront with milestone payments. Retainers are monthly. We share pricing on the call once we understand the scope; we do not publish package tiers because no two automation problems are the same.
Can you guarantee specific business outcomes?
We guarantee shipped, working systems and provide measurement. We will not promise a specific revenue lift or hours-saved figure before we have looked at your data, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does.
