How long does a strategy engagement take?
One week of focused discovery, then a week to write up the roadmap and validate it with you. Two weeks total, fixed fee, and you walk away owning the output.
Do you also build the things you recommend?
Usually yes, but it is not a condition. We have shipped roadmaps for clients who took the build to their internal team or another vendor. The strategy is yours.
What if our priorities change halfway through?
The roadmap is a living document. We expect quarterly re-prioritisation as you learn what works. The point is direction, not a rigid plan that breaks on contact with reality.
