Who we are
AI Advisory is a trading name of ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD, a company registered in England and Wales and headquartered in Manchester. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy mean ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD trading as AI Advisory. ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this site and our services.
What we collect
We collect contact details you submit through forms (name, work email, company, message), basic technical telemetry from website visits (IP, user agent, referrer), and analytics events through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. We do not buy, sell, or rent personal data.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not share it with vendors who do.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interest for analytics and security telemetry, performance of contract for client engagement data, and consent where you have explicitly opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. The cookie banner exposes the choices and remembers your preference for 12 months.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months unless you become a client, in which case it is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years for regulatory and tax purposes. Telemetry is rotated within 90 days.
Sharing data
We use a small number of trusted vendors for hosting, email, analytics, and payments. Each is bound by data processing terms compatible with UK GDPR. A current vendor list is available on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. Email privacy@aiadvisory.co.uk to exercise any of these rights; we respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Some vendors are based outside the UK and EEA. Where we transfer data internationally we rely on UK adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be highlighted on the page and the effective date below will reflect the most recent revision.
