Questions about the session.
Is this 1-on-1 or group?
Default is 1:1 for the deepest, most tailored session. We can run small group sessions (up to 5) for teams; book a 1:1 first and we will arrange the team format on the call.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing required. Most useful if you bring a real workflow you want to automate, a repository you want to apply Claude Code to, or specific questions. We adapt to whatever you bring.
Will I get a recording?
Yes. Sessions are recorded and shared with you afterwards along with our notes, links to the patterns we discussed, and any code we generated together.
Can I bill this through my company?
Yes. Invoices issued by ASTRA Digital Solutions LTD (trading as AI Advisory); payment by card at booking or by bank transfer for company accounts. VAT applied where relevant.
What if I need a refund?
If you reschedule more than 24 hours before the session, no charge. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% to cover allocated time. Sessions that we cancel are refunded in full.
