Both. On-site for kick-offs, milestones, and senior team sessions where the room matters. Remote for follow-ups, smaller cohorts, and ongoing support. We design for whichever your team will actually attend.
How big can a cohort be?
Best results at 6 to 15 per session for hands-on work. We can run larger formats for keynotes and overviews, but the real learning happens at small sizes where everyone gets to ship something.
What is the typical outcome?
