Pricing and engagement questions.

Why do you not publish fixed package prices?

Because the work is genuinely different per client. A two-step Slack-to-CRM automation and a multi-agent research pipeline are both possible, and they should not cost the same. We scope and quote on the call so the price reflects the actual work.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Discovery sprints land in a tight range that we share on the first call. Build engagements vary widely depending on integrations, data complexity, and AI model usage. Retainers scale with the day rate and committed days per month.

Are there any hidden costs?

No surprises. Third-party costs (model inference, hosting, SaaS subscriptions) are passed through transparently or paid by you direct. We flag them in the proposal and review monthly so usage tracks expectation.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. A small build can be a great way to evaluate fit. The discovery sprint is also designed to be a low-risk starting point, with the deliverable being valuable on its own even if you take the build elsewhere.

Do you offer payment plans?

Build engagements are milestone-based by default, so you only pay against completed work. Retainers are monthly. We can flex on terms for longer commitments or strategic accounts; ask on the call.

What if we want to bring this in-house later?

Excellent outcome and we plan for it. Code, accounts, and documentation are yours from day one. We have handed off mature systems to internal teams plenty of times and built strong relationships in the process.
